You are advised to keep a duplicate copy if you want to keep your own record.

Any loss of bank / ATM transfer slip will not be entertained. Customers may have to wait for 2 - 4 weeks for payment verification by APAC accounting department with the corresponding bank.

REMARK for Bank / ATM Transfer Slip Please send the bank / ATM transfer slip to APAC by the following methods:

• Email to cs@microsoftpro.com.hk with the email subject in the format of [Order Number, Company Name, Contact Number, Payment Amount, Date of Payment]

Please be reminded that the payment can ONLY be confirmed:

• Upon the receipt of your bank/ATM transfer slip by email; AND
• The payment verification by APAC's accounting department.
